What can be done to stop illegal outdoor garbage dumping in the province?
More cameras and police surveillance to catch and shame those responsible.
The province is too big to patrol and people will always find somewhere to dump their trash.
More education and awareness is the answer, people just are not getting the message.
We need to give people more incentive with better garbage pick up and disposal services.
