I'd slap him with a lawsuit before he'd finish counting the money!

Definitely not, it is fair use and I have no claim over the photo

I think it's wrong, but it's not worth the hassle of fighting a court case

I am an artist and I find what he is doing is totally unethical. If the law does not see it this way, it is an ass! If he stole one of my artworks or a non art photo I would like to sue but probably would not due to cost to me in money and time...could be years!!!!
