Sweet heart i don't know where you live but 18 is considered and adult and so is 25. 17 is considered a teenager and when an adult has a relationship or intercourse with an underage person it is pedophilia. Kylie is only young. She will figure things out on her own. Nicki minaj.. well!!! I agree completely with kris jenner, girls like that are broken. They run their lives from impulsion, leaving no room for temperance.
