Do you think Josh should be fired from the show or should the show just be cancelled?

For crying out loud people! Is your entertainment more important than sending a message its okay for this to go on in families???? I'm not saying God can't forgive and I'm not saying Josh is an awful person. However, his parents thinking they failed? They did! They failed their daughters for getting him "help" from a nonprofessional! Their claim that they, as parents weren't "mandated reporters" told me everything I ever needed to know about them. They sent him to another place to work and "rehab" with a nonprofessional as they knew a professional WAS a mandated reporter. I admit I may be wrong, however a professional may have done it RIGHT and a judge MIGHT have sent him to a REAL therapist for help with his hormonal situation. These girls are the victims and if THEY want a show, give them one, but get these parents off the air and off the media altogether! The ONLY reason they didn't seek REAL help was because they didn't want their little show cancelled! This is disgusting to me.

I think that anytime a good Christian Family is making a difference in this evil world, Satan is going to step in and try to stop it any way possible. He tried it with the Robertsons on Duck Dynasty, and as should always be good won out over evil. Yes Josh did something wrong, but not anything millions of other boys haven't done. Most kids learn about the difference in the sexes through touchy feelie games with their siblings and cousins. I've had many, many men comment to me on this issue since this story came out and they all said the same thing. All young boys feel around on their sisters at some point in childhood, some by playing doctors, others by playing house with one kid a mommy and another kid a daddy, in many different ways. Yes it's wrong but it happens. The difference with Josh is this, he is from a very strict decent Christian family so when it became known to them they took many steps to take care of the problem, which in turn left a paper trail for the press to find, Another is because he was raised so very strict he waited till he was a couple yrs older then most boys do this as his was a more sheltered upbringing thus he matured at a slower rate. Yes what Josh did was dead wrong. But it happens in millions of homes. The difference here is because the Duggars are so strong in their faith that millions of people have been just waiting for them to have any kind of scandal at all to jump on the bandwagon of hating on the Duggars. They wanted to be able to say, "see they ain't Christians at all". Well only them and God knows that. But I do believe they are a very strong Christian family. No they are not perfect, as is nobody since Jesus Christ! Yes Josh made a mistake. And guess what? If the Good Lord let's them live another day they are going to commit more sins. Because they ARE HUMAN! Just as the rest of us are. Josh doesn't owe anyone besides his victims and the Good Lord any explanation! He did wrong. But he didn't kill anyone, he didn't rape anyone, AND HE DIDN'T CONTINUE TO DO IT. He repented to God and his victims and worked hard to live a good clean decent CHRISTIAN life. And to those losers that can't or won't forgive him and let him continue his life I say to you. You will face God one day and you will have to answer to him for your sin of being unforgiving. Josh has repented to God. It's over for him as far as God's concerned. Now all you haters need to work on cleansing your hearts. Well I'm going to get off my bandwagon now. It just makes me so angry to see good Christian people put thru so much for a sin that happens in more houses then not in one way or another. I guess misery loves company. Duggars keep your heads and your hearts up. God will see you through this. And as it's said, " this too shall pass." God bless you and your entire family Josh!

He made a mistake the first time but after that it was a choice. Josh has even said that he knew he was going down the wrong road and needed help to stop. Curious as to the rehabilitation success rate of pedophiles. He was 14 and knew he was doing wrong but kept doing it.

    What is forgiveness.
let him who is without sin cast the first
stones. No stones ok. God will use all
    our testimonies for His glory.
This is a Christian Family just like us
    that will face many trials.
How they handle them is the real story.
All that I see is they humble themselves
    before God.What a true inspiration.
I thank the Duggars for allowing God to
use them to show us no one is perfect.
    Only one Jesus.
TLC please do not cancel there are no
other shows on TV that is this real.
Love and prayers to the Duggars at this difficult time.

I agree with ab. I read that there have been emails and such saying Josh had molested young girls, HELLO did TLC just wake up? I think they should keep Josh on the show. He did tell Anna and he family before they were engaged. That means something. Like ab said Josh is not the first teenage boy that has done this. But the other boys weren't in the publics eye. KEEP JOSH!

Josh was 14. How many other young boys are guilty of the same thing and we never hear anything about it? From what I have heard, it was only touchy feely stuff. What about all the other young people who play "doctor" at a young age? Why is Josh being made a scape goat?

Josh is very sorry for this action so I don't see any need to judge him.
