I am not sure of the spelling, but I am sure of the circumstances and warnings that came out of that tragedy, about the dangers of posting provocative pictures of children. I worked as an investigator and intake worker for Children's Protective Services for many years, so I know from where I speak! In reality there are monsters that pray on children and these types of pictures. They are known as pedophiles. Posting these pictures give pedophiles access to them for the purpose of sharing with or selling them to other pedophiles. Another reality is that making these types of pictures available to the public is that it may increase their chances of becoming targets for abduction with the purpose of auctioning them off to pedophiles. No, I haven't been watching too many episodes of SVU or Criminal Minds. As a mother, I cannot imagine having to live through such a horrendous nightmare! I do not condemn parents who do this, because I'm sure they never entertained the thought of these consequences. I am only in hopes of informing and educating.
