Do you think the Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks official who killed an orphaned moose calf made the correct decision?

    absolutely they did, according to the explanation ther gave. the alternative was letting it slowly starve to death in the wild. duh, was that the better alternative, you bleeding hearts?

    We taxpayers pay these people to protect our wildlife, not kill them. There was surely a better option for the poor little moose. It could have been tested for disease if that was the concern. I will NEVER call FWP if I see a wild animal in distress.

    When did Montana start killing orphans? This total situation is despicable! Even Alaska will rescue baby moose! Why is it a death sentence in Montana? Rapists and murderers fare better. They are put up for life when they are the ones who should be killed.
