An owner presented their dog to me for euthanasia following an attack on a child. the police phoned me before I had had a chance to euthanase the dog and requested me not to. I informed them that the dog was dangerous and needed to be destroyed without delay. the police relented and the dog was destroyed without further distress. Problem solved. one less aggressive dog on the planet.
