I keep trying to vote for PJ Cambriello and it says vote counted but his number doesn't change! If I try back later then it counts! But not previous voted! It's like their are blocks of time not allowing his votes to register! Is this a problem

I don't think this site is counting votes properly. Check the tally after you vote. I noticed some votes aren't being added.
