Just sign the bill already. We all know the positive incomes from it. From drops in crime, to a disease or illness. Addiction to statistacally proven extremely addictive drugs such as Alcohol, Heroin (Dope, H) or Opiates (Vicodin, Percocet), Benzodiazepams (Xanax, Valium), Methamphetamines (Ritalin), Amphetamines (Adderall) etc. Marijuana has been proven to be extremely LESS addictive than any of the drugs listed before, which some are from Pharmacutical companies.

I really think age 19 and older should be the age requirement given Tobacco products (smoking) requires age 19. I mean, with nicotine being classified as a drug as well as marijuana. Although, I do understand that marijuana has properties that can immediately affect mobility or rather distort one's thoughts making it possible for someone to "zone out" for sort periods. Still, that should also be regulated where you can't operate heavy machinery within "X" amount of time after a session whether inhaled or ingested. That seems fair especially given that many youngsters may get caught up possessing some form of marijuana under-aged etc. saves the trouble as well as broadens clientele.
