I believe in vaccinations 100% and I get (or will get) my children vaccinated.

I decided to opt my children out of vaccinations out of fear and/or related reasons.

I decided to opt my children out of vaccinations due to religious beliefs.

I think vaccinations should be mandatory for all children in public schools.

I believe it should be a parent's choice to vax or not vax and should not be made mandatory.

I believe it is downright negligent for parents to not vaccinate as it puts their kids and others at risk.

I believe the bebefits of vaccinations do NOT outweigh the risks, and I have not/ will not vaccinate my kids.

I have no opinions on this matter at all.
