Another point, I'm a 95 pound 5'2" Asian male. So if I'm a "real man", I'm going to just walk away and call the cops in a place where it's crowded and there is literally no where else to go? Like hell I am, I'm going to fight back obviously. Of course I'll try to avoid conflict when possible but here he had no other choice. The argument that men are stronger than women does not stand. I can't even lift 50 pounds. Plenty of woman can do that. He had every right to hit back. It was self defense.

A real man would never put his hands on a woman. He would walk away and call cops or whatever. A coward hits a woman and it's probably not the 1st time. What a predictable move to play the race card in this situation. Doesn't give right to hit anybody.

I don't ever agree with a man putting his hands on a woman but that girl punched him in the face first!!! It was probably an accidental reaction because I know if I get hit in the face I'm knocking someone out. That girl had no right to put her hands on him period!! Nobody should have put their hands on eachother but that girl started it what's her punishment?

The first thing I noticed is when he tried to get up to the bar (like she did) with his hand directly under the bar to get the spot, she is CLEARLY bumping him on the side with her hip. Next, you see her fist balled up (and she's obviously yelling) he grabbed both arms to prevent her from hitting him. During his hold on her, she knees him below and then quickly throws the FIRST PUNCH! It wasn't until AFTER he was assulted his reflexes reacted. I'm a woman and do not agree with ANYONE putting their hands on another. She can just take this as a LESSON LEARNED to keep her hands to herself and stay off the STUPID/COURAGE drink...Then maybe she won't have another leak. If a woman is Man enough to hit a Man, then she better be prepared to be hit like a Man!

Did anyone see her hit him first? If you can't take it don't dish it. I'm sure alcohol had something to do with it. I don't believe men should hit women, but she set the play. No I don't agree with this young man being kicked off the team. Talking to a counselor might help him to have handled it better.

What I saw in the video was he was headed to the bar, she rushed in and cut him off and he was pushing not against her but the other woman so he could get past. She turned around, instant attitude on her face, she is the one who started the whole instance, she is the one who heated it up into more than it was, she is the one who threw the first punch and as she admits, pushed him with her knee. In a world where women are demanding equal pay for equal work why is it different in this instance. Woman want to go into combat with the military, and yes, women even want to fight. She got what she ordered and now cries foul!

first, she punched him first, second he just jabbed her and happened to connect with her nose, so it looks alot worse than it is. He should get some counciling, maybe some chairity work and sit out a few games.
