I work in retailed and my hours are increasing whilst my family life is being squeezed, getting home late is no joke. As I work weekends also I can't even go to church ⛪, I think this should stop as it is or sooner or late we will be open Christmas day....ridiculous opening for longer, just get more arse holes in anyhow.....
Think you should ask the people expected to work these extra hours first. You'll be opening christmas day.
Think.it would.be an anvantage to.open.later but keep the opening hours the same.
