For me it was between the binder and the project templates. I really appreciate them both. But for me it came down to the project templates because I can create a document in MSWord one time, such as a character interview sheet which is three pages long, and use it over and over again just by bringing it into the project and putting it in the template folder. Then I can use it again and again for each character. Next project I just import it again and I don't have to make a whole new sheet. I just make whatever changes are appropriate for the new project and Scrivener saves it for me. I love Project Templates.
