I have family that live in Washington state so I have had opportunity to shop in grocery stores there. Wine and spirits are sold at all grocery stores. These products take over 1/3 of these stores. There is less space for food products in these stores. I like how Colorado already does this. A grocery store can have a separate entry liquor store attached. This leaves normal space for groceries. I would like Colorado to continue doing what they are doing. Whole Foods, Alfalfas, and Lucky's have great grocery areas with excellent liquor sections attached with separate entrances. It works great.

The phrasing of the question is incorrect. It should be "Should Colorado allow a person or corporation to have more than one liquor license." Currently grocery stores can sell wine and full-strength beer; just at one location.
