It's way too early to rank the Dragic deal ahead of the Shaq deal. Bringing in Shaq won the Heat a title (although I'm pretty sure Dwyane Wade had A LOT to do with that). Dragic will probably do great things with the Heat and soon, but he hasn't even made the playoffs with them yet. Putting the Dragic deal over the Shaq deal this early is absolutely ridiculous.
