I have the parking permit and visit the beach quite often. I haven't noticed the signs for 2 hour parking and have probably stayed at the Red Cup or Sully's longer than that. Two hours is not enough time to visit the local businesses, especially if enjoying a meal during that time.
I stopped going to the farmers market. I have supported the community for over twenty years. My kids went to Mukilteo schools yet I am excluded because I live just outside of the city limits.
