Do you think companies should be required to provide paid maternity and paternity leave?

    The only way I would agree with maternity leave would be if the hours accrued were sick hours or vacation hours.
    Yes, I do know the value of bonding with your newborn.
    No, I don't think your place of employment should pay for you to have a child and then continue to pay you to care for it (unless your place of employment IS the father of the child).
