Hey Gracie! Another great post. I think this is all up for debate! I think it is a really important topic. It really does matter! I'm just not sure what side to pick! Just because I haven't heard it from both angles. What are the pros of modern wheat? Is it tougher to grow heritage wheat? A third part would be awesome to explore what the struggles are of growing heritage wheat, that is easier in modern wheat!
