I have a masters degree in Public admin since 2008 but have been trying without success to get a job and dont have a clue why not. I have been skeptical about working with career coaches for some of the reasons stated; not knowing for sure if they are legit, how experienced they are, or if they can really help. About a month ago I hired the service of one who did my resume, a cover letter and a reply to interview letter. I applied to more than 100 jobs and have only gotten response from a handful. Each response state basically the same thing. They have decided to go with some else and I should keep trying. Frustrating but what do I do. I am now at my wits end, and need help real bad.
