I would prefer if it was translated but with the original name too. I like to know what it "means" as well as I prefer the name in japanese.

Translate it, but continue to put said TL in brackets. Although it is almost nonsensical, It gives a general concept of what the attack might be and helps with visualization and how it is executed. In my opinion. :)
