How should we handle comments?
HIDE BY DEFAULT: page speed is more important than loading comments every single time for every person
HIDE BY DEFAULT: but move the button to the bottom of the page
FAB BUTTON: add a button overlay to tap/open comments from any place on the page
USER OPTION: hide by default, but let users choose to set auto-load via cookie
USER OPTION: show by default, but let users to choose to hide via cookie
SCROLL TO LOAD: if you scroll past the comments it will auto-load them
AUTO-LOAD COMMENTS: we want to see them every time!
AUTO-LOAD & COVER: load by default but only show the first few comments so it doesn't take up so much space
