No. 1 immediately caught my eye, even before I saw the others....I think it is classic and you can't go wrong with that! The others, while beautiful, I believe are too "busy" to go with the flooring.

All of them are so pretty. But, I think that #2 and #4 will blend better with the tile flooring. I chose #2 as it has the added benefit of the open shelves - which can be used for storing towels (it'a a gym bathroom after all).
Because you said it is a gym bath, the cleaner lines of #2 seem right to me.
