If enforcement was going to actually do something about Maine's drug problem it would have happened by now. Throwing more tax dollars into arresting and incarcerating people is nothing but a collosal waste of money - classic Big Government run amok. No true Republican would support this and don't even get me started on intrusion into personal freedom and responsibility.
