They keep charging more and take away more and give less. my triple play with just all the basics $170.00.. Terrible. Just sick of being taken advantage of by big companies.

As most things improve over time, cable, phone and Internet as provided by Charter is the worst I have ever experienced. Customer service is siloed and an impossible system to navigate. The classic left hand not knowing what the right is doing. I could write a book about the last year 's experiences only I still have an "open ticket" and would like to get it resolved some time this year.
