First, it is unconstitutional to ban certain clothing styles. I am astounded that government officials, who are supposed to be intelligent, think they can pass laws that are so obviously unconstitutional. It is a waste of time and taxpayer dollars!
Second, this is clearly a law in response to a perceived "urban culture," and not a safety matter. I'm sure the elected officials of Dadeville, AL have better things to be doing.
