When the Feds will not prosecute on account they are trying to catch the distributors to the small time tribal dealers they are in fact a major part of the drug problem on the reservation. The feds should let the local law enforcement deal with prosecution. Banishment is what the reaction the Tribe has to take.

Inability to prosecute felonies is devastating to the tribe. Business people create jobs. When a major theft happens to those business people and there is no recourse, the business people will not come back. It happened to me. A large amount of money was stolen, clear track of who and how but absolutely nothing was done.

Too many crimes and inability to prosecute felonies is causing concern. The backlog of unfinished justice is a danger to the Blackfeet Tribe.
