Where do we draw the line with this?

So if someone borrows/steals/whatvever your vehicle and uses it as a getaway vehicle to rob a bank does that mean you should automatically get locked up for your part in this heinous crime?

Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty?

Ban photo radar all together. It is a useless form of traffic enforcement. It does not deter most people from speeding.

I think everybody needs to start being more responsible and that includes who drives your car. I got 2 tickets for speeding and actually i wasnt driving, now im more careful when i lend my car to my partner.
There is people who has a budget that includes speeding tickets, money wont stop them so is time to start getting other consequences.
If we start getting demerits, im 100% in.

if the consequence is having your license suspended due to too many demerits - then absolutely not! That could have devastating consequences to someone who did nothing wrong. Each driver should be accountable individually.
