I don't think so because if he did then Clara might not even exist because the time war would not have happened because there was no Daleks and the doctor doesn't kill and the doctor might not have left Gallifrey because the time war never pushed him away to earth because it never happened and none of the conversations with Davros would have ever happened and the whole of the time space continuum may be broken because it would basically have to be rewritten and so on, all the lives the doctor saved, all the things he stopped from happening, most of them may have happened because there was no doctor to stop it.
