When it is gone it is gone forever. I cannot even tell you how sad that would be for many people. Large tax incentives are given to companies to relocate to the area. They take them and when the incentives have run out they move on. It seems to me that anything that could be done to keep something we already have should be done. This is something the people can marvel at and be proud of!
