Why do you think Team Penske struggled down the stretch in 2015?
They didn't struggle at all. They had bad luck. That's how racing goes sometimes.
Juan Montoya was a disruptive force. He was on good behavior in 2014. His true self came out this year.
The presence of Simon Pagenaud took its toll. There was no chemistry among the four drivers.
Adding a fourth team proved to be too much - even with one of the best prepared teams in the paddock.
