You failed to mention that in the Larimer County building there will be parole and AIIM which is mental health help for criminals. There will be criminals on our downtown streets with no police. If the building were located on East 10th Street the courts and police are there. The business owners are afraid that if they stay open late like a lot of them do there will be no protection from the police. Commissioner Donnelley was asked if there will be hardened criminals on our streets and he said YES. , The Reporter Herald is not reporting the story correctly and leaving out important information. Plus, Loveland will have to spend $15 million for a parking garage. If the building is on East 10th there is no cost to build a parking garage.
