Carry a gun is simply for self protection from harmful things, not simply shooting innocent ppl.

If she had struck and killed a bystander with one of her bullets would the shoplifters have been charged with felony murder?
I think the shoplifters should sue her for assault and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
