The demolition of Duerson Stadium at Berea Community School is expected to cost over $400,000. What would you like to see done with that facility?

That stadium has served the city and the School well for many years all done with the corporation of local citizens who had an interest in Berea and were a part of the group that brought the City and the Berea School together to build the School. The School gave the city the balance of the land they bought from the College to create a reactional center and the stadium being a part of the park program. Why is it not the responsibility of the city to replace the stadium because it does belong to the City of Berea. The School only uses the stadium at the most 4 to 5 games a year the balance was used by the youth leagues of kids football, fireworks displays, horse shows and numerous city functions over the years.
