I'm sure none of us non-celebrity types don't know all of what's truly going on, but no, Kourtney should not get back with Scott. She'll just end up with baby #4 and an irresponsible, ALCOHOLIC baby daddy. It's a shame she didn't read the writing on the wall (it was THERE!) before having 3 kids, who didn't ask for any of this..
