How come we arent legally "adults" until we're 18 yrs old and everyone will say you're a kid. But then say 12 and 15 are a maximum age for trick or treating..? 12 yr olds and most 15 yr olds do not even have a job yet

I'm 57 & still dress up & go Trick or Treating with my grandkids!!! Age is just a number as long as you're not out doing harm, I see nothing wrong with it!

sorry, spelled "costume " wrong.

I say under 18 and as long as the kid dresses up with a "Custom". I've seen older kids just put a mask on and that's not cool. Their intention is just to get free candy.

This is really a stupid question. "How old is too old, ... "? Perhaps 96, ... maybe 59. These are obvious "too old", ... the question is dumb as it stands right now. Perhaps: "What do you feel is the maximum age for 'trick or treating'? Just saying.

We shouldn't put an age limit on fun as long as its innocent and safe we should all enjoy Halloween.

I feel as though you are never to old for anything, age is a number but if you have a will to be young at heart, whether young or old, why should age matter. We all must remember it is a day for fun, entertainment and enjoyment, nobody is never to old to enjoy. Happy and have a safe Halloween to all.

Anyone who is ready, willing and able should be allowed to trick or treat. Let's face it at some point you get older and staying in is more fun. I would however like to know what people think is too young? Last year I had several couples with children younger than 1yr. The parents clearly were not collecting cand for the kid with no teeth not mention they did'nt even dress up! BOOOOOO!!!!!!!
