    False detail is less desirable than slightly reduced detail, so low-pass filtering is necessary. However, affordable lenses provide optical low-pass filtering anyway.

    I really feel that there should have been another option ' I have never used a camera without one' for those of us who haven't and so would not know what a difference it makes, Obviously we know it does because test results tell us so, but seeing is believing.

    Would really prefer to have the option as per Pentax K-S2 or K3 / K3ii where this user option was first present. but you did not give that choice unfortunately.

    (The Reviewer of the latest high end Sony FF in the latest issue of AP should please note this. Sony are relative latecomers compared to Pentax. It wod have been more accurate to note that Pentax's varient is mechanical while Sony's varient is optical and make a comparison.)
