A win for Eyman’s I-1366 would leave state lawmakers with a choice: refer a constitutional amendment to voters, or cut the state sales tax. What should they do?

Send the supermajority amendment to voters in 2016 requiring a public vote or two-thirds supermajority vote of the Legislature for all tax increases.

Cut the state sales tax by a penny, reducing the state budget by $8 billion over six years.

Neither – I-1366 will be thrown out by courts.
