Whilst there are many problems in the NHS, it is still hugely valuable & important. - I feel strongly that people who train here ought to commit to serving a certain number of years within the NHS before taking off to sunnier climes.

It has been very stressful working here as GP with work load increasing, high patient expectation and demands and constant pressure from Government introducing changes apparently better for patients but not appreciating our hard work. There is so much work with less reward and no respect at all for this profession.
