Should IndyCar open up the rulebook to let teams try their own aero pieces?

Yes. This sport was built on innovation and trying new things. Some work while some don't.

I don't know. I'd like to see more differentiation between teams and cars, but I'm afraid it would only help the larger teams.

No. It would be too expensive. Let the manufacturers cover the cost for innovation with their designs and then let them make the changes throughout the system.

No. Leave the rulebook exactly like it is currently.
