In order for ANYTHING LEO does to be legal and justified the FIRST question that must be answered would be is there involvement required. WHY are they there and WHAT do they believe occurred that
REQUIRES them to arrest someone. Mere belief that someone may have done something is not and
never will be justification for the use of force. It's pretty obvious in this case that the thugs ENTERED HIS
HOUSE without a warrant (the legal fiction of 'probable cause' is not Constitutional. Probable cause is what LEO need to GET A WARRANT, not to make an arrest). Once they have inserted themselves illegally
into the home EVERYTHING that happens after that is illegal and the citizens are justified in resisting.
