If I were already familiar with the developer and with the site I might do it, but it does concern me how impulsive something like this could be. I mean, they're not going to tell you in an online ad that there was a gasoline spill just up the road, or anything like that. Cool idea, but caveat emptor!

I invest in preconstruction condos, and just so long as the interface is comprehensive then I would use this service. I would definitely need to review the details first though.
