Is this guy a real idiot? What kind of moron that could ask this kind of question to a rape victim? I have no word to describe how disgusting this "dog" is .

All judges need to go though a review every year by the public who are paying their wages. Not only is this judge biased but there are a lot others. Judges should not have any real option but should only review facts. Other judges that should be reviewed and maybe ask to retired due to opinions that are very out dated are Judge Parks. Judge Parks has the opinion that the male is always right and the male is being picked on.

Way to go judge. People need to understand how their behavior impacts their life and the lives of others. Our society encourages this kind of behavior and few will speak against it.

Not only should this judge be fired; but, how long did he sit on the bench judging similar cases. In fairness to the victims who's cases were heard in his courtrooms; a full judicial review should be conducted on all similar cases heard and processed in his courtrooms.
If I was one of those victims, I'd be demanding it.
