Was Las Vegas a better place in the mob days?

Yes. It was safer and the casinos paid better.
Yes. There were more comps and freebies
Yes. The entertainers mingled with patrons in the lounges and it was more fun
No. It's better now and the gangsters aren't stealing all that money
Considering the increases in population and tourism, it's not a fair comparison
