I voted yes like Barry - they must meet ALL requirements for conceal carry.

I voted yes with the understanding that all requirements for conceal carry are met and maybe requiring more stringent control due to the crowded classroom/ dormitory lifestyle. All persons who cc should be required to annually re-certify just as LEO's do.
