I am a very white female and I do believe this cop should be punished. Too many cops feel there above the law a realty check they need. Or people will retaliate and there is more of us then they can handle. So they really need to start doing there fiduciary duties and not step over the line. Get rid of there egos

lol, why am I not surprised that a bunch of white folks think that it's completely reasonable for a cop to beat the hell out of someone that isn't attacking him, resisting, drawing a weapon or charging him.
I cannot wait until news of these psychopath cops start assaulting and/or killing white teens and children, and then we'll see if you all still think that nothing a cop does is ever wrong and nothing is ever their fault and they're completely perfect.
I bet you'd all vote that Justin Volpe or Michael Thomassie, two rapist/psycho cops, should also keep their jobs and that raping a 7 year old is part of their duties, because he feared for his life and needed to get the suspect into custody. lol.
And it's these same people complaining about Obama being a communist/socialist while our police are no better than the ones in any communist/dictatorship.

It goes to show the racist in Delaware. My God, this man was complying. All of you that voted he get his job back are racist . I hope that happens to you one day and remember your vote here, ok? Remember when you get charged with something and it goes in front of a grand jury, that the prosecutor in your case will be this one. He totally abused his authority to solidify job security because he knows there's going to be outrage. Must also be a lot of inbreed in the area. Only inbred think like that.
