When attending a dinner party with your Significant Other, what is your seating preference?

I prefer to sit next to my SO because it’s more fun to share the experience with them.

I prefer to sit next to another guest so I can have the chance to interact with people I don’t get to see every day. Isn’t that what parties are for?

It depends. I don’t really care, as long as I’m not stuck sitting next to Uncle Bob or some other annoying guest.
