Both parents are mob bosses, and a child needs both their parents even if it is in separate homes. Personally I think most of the viewers love Sonny & despise Ava so that's why they say Sonny, but if this was happening in real life I think they would vote for both parents.

My 1st choice would be Sonny, but I do think They should share Avery, because children need both parents, if at all possible
