I would suggest all the people who see reducing the speed limit should consider moving back to the small town from which they came. I have lived in the Big city all my 60 plus years and was taught at a very young age on how to behave well walking or playing near the streets. Today people walking our streets assume they have and courts assume they do have the right away. Maybe they should first remove their black jackets, headphones and look first before crossing the streets. That is what I was taught particular when visiting my grandparents who lived in downtown Chicago.
