Just because I am Transgender doesn't mean it is ok to make fun of me. I am just confused. I used to like women but since my wife left me I am not sure. I want to be a women because I like penis. I can't help it I was born that way. What should I do. I could change my name to dawn thomas. Kinda works. Probably Noone would even notice or if they did they wouldn't be surprised. I have always been a feminine. Some even thought I was gay. Like myvwife

Will nailed it. Once again everything comes down to the almighty dollar as it always does in this country. Sean and the EMT nailed it as well. Once again....money. Nobody gives a sh** about your personnel safety unless it costs them $$$$. That's why we have OSHA. The other issue is that we always think we can fix a problem by passing more laws. If someone is stupid enough they will eventually find a way to screw up and either hurt themselves or others...You can't go around making more and more laws that put fines on people who are doing nothing dangerous like checking their ice traps at 10mph.

here we go again name calling ,feels like I am back in grade school.Some people really need to grow up.We have enough laws trying to protect us,I wear a helmet when I snowmobile but so what.I do not wear a helmet when I ride my Bike, so if I take a digger why would you care.Also wear a seat belt because I do not want the fine .We have a turd stirrer here again and he can only call people names because it makes him feel good.Reality is this guy needs some metal help and get over himself.Hey go get yourself a happy meal! Just another way for the state to make money off people that aren't doing anything wrong. 99% of the people out trail riding wear helmets. This law would be going after the ice fishermen that are out on the lake going slow.

I don't like government dictating personal choices. However, many people doing risky things with recreational vehicles have either no medical coverage or very basic coverage and when they seriously hurt themselves the medical cost is passed on to everybody else. I say carry proof of gold standard health care and drive around with a harpoon pointed at your chest if you like. If you don't have good medical coverage than you should have to use reasonable safety equipment.

Thank you Carol. Someone on here with some brains. What is it going to hurt if someone has to wear a helmet? NOTHING. What is it going to hurt if someone doesn't have to wear one? Well say you are wearing a helmet and going a little to fast around a corner on your sled. You hit someone not wearing a helmet and you kill them because they were not wearing a helmet. Now you get to think about that for the rest of your life. Also you might be charged with someone.

No brain, no pain just dead. Having done EMS for 23 plus years and my share of snowmobile accidents the patients 99% of the time said I will never snowmobile without a helmet again. I don't like our government dictating to us either but it's like sky diving without a parachute.
