No. As long as Brian Barnhart has anything to do with it, it will always be a mismanaged side-show.
I'm not sure. The changes sound good, but their history has not been great.
Yes. Jay Frye has one of the brightest minds in IndyCar. Give him a chance. You'll like what you see.
